Two Human Players - One Game?

Is there a way to allow two human players to be in the same game of OOTP19?

I've been playing for a while and my son is showing some interest. It would be fun if we could compete against each other using the same game file.

2 managers from 2 teams playing in one game on same computer. Is the easiest way. One would have to be hired as manager of team A and you be Manager of Team B and when you play each other you both can control aspects of your team.

That could get old quick. I used to play Championship Manager (like OOTP for soccer) using a network with a bunch of friends. We used to have all night CM games all playing the same game on different computers. It would be nice if the makers of the game could add this functionality.
