Last week I started keeping a log of packs I have opened. I will keep updating the sheet and post any pics of major hits.

You will notice some of the cards have notes. All Gold and above will have notes and any parallel card no matter the tier will have notes.

I collect and save all the parallel cards and any 2018 Live cards get sold to put back into packs.

Pretty interesting. Just going by the levels you got, I see 13 players of Silver or better level for 41,000 PP spent on packs. That's an average of 3,154 PP per player to get basically half a roster of Silver+ talent.

I guess maybe that's not a bad way to go, given you got two pretty elite hitters at Diamond level that would cost quite a bit on the open market.

Thanks for posting.

Don't automatically discount those Bronze cards as I've had good luck with many of them.

Some of my Bronze players have better stats than some of my opponents players who are rated as Perfect, Diamond, Gold, and Silver.

Also, the Bronze don't normally cost much so if they don't work out, you should be hit with very little in the way of losing any PP, if any.

Log updated.

Opened 11 packs tonight. Wound up with 3 Gold (Zack Wheeler, Ryan Zimmerman AS and J.T. Realmuto) and 4 Silver including an Andy Pettite AS. A big improvement from my 15 pack opening a couple of nights ago.

As always the 2018 Live cards will be sold back or put up for auction.

I opened 10 packs tonight. My initial thought was to only open 5 but I went with 10. Should of stopped at 5. Didn't do bad at all though. I grabbed 3 Golds all within the first 5 packs. Larry Dierker i'll be able to use on my roster. Doolittle and Keuchel will go to the AH. That is it for tonight.

Got some decent Silvers that I could use on my roster including a (79) Juan Marichal Historical All-Star and a (79) Yadier Alvarez Future Legend. Missed out on the big hits though.
