How do i edit a players team preference so that he likes a certain team but hates another?

Not possible right now, but I don't think it'll hurt anything to add it, I'll see if we can include the liked/disliked team settings on the edit page.

The team preference have an impact on something in the game? Can it make a player sign for his favorite team despite a lower offer?

Yes, he'll take less money from his favourite team, and will be happier playing for it. He'll be a lot less likely to sign with a team he doesn't like, and will be unhappy playing there.

Could be an interesting addition - especially if it effects how they play against a team they dislike - one would think they would play harder and more intense to try get the win.

Although it may result in some gnarly penalties.
