has the " tiring of players" feature actually working. i have not noticed any of my players getting tired thr the first 45 games. i notice it with pitchers but not with position players. do you have to turn any feature on in the setup to get this to work or does it just take longer in the season to work.

I only see this in stretches of 10-15 games or more in a row and maybe 2-4 times during a season. Teams usually have only a couple of stretches during a season where a day off is far enough away for players to get tired.

I find it works. If you only sim (like an online league) and don't set your depth chart accordingly it absolutely has an effect. In one league I wasn't paying attention to the depth charts and my cf average dropped 20 points due to him being tired. He had an off day and his average started climbing back. This has happened in a few instances to me.

My catcher in my online league where we play the games has just tired about 30 games into the season. So I am seeing it at least for that position.

For human controlled teams if you are playing the games out you have to watch the players and check them before the game as subs "won't" be put in the place of tired players.

So "rest" has been put in, and I've seen it. But not "rust?" If a player sits for too long, shouldn't his abilities deteriorate, as well?
