Unfortunate Combined No-Hitter

On only the second day of the season, Salt Lake City clobbered San Francisco 14-0. But what really became the headline was SP Francisco Chavez's missed no-hitter. While he gave it his all, after walking Ruben Carvajal on a 3-2 pitch with 2 outs in the 9th, putting him at 150 pitches, Chavez was pulled. Castro came in and shut the door, closing out an amazing combined no-hitter performance, but one which Chavez will surely regret forever.

On that note, in-game news still doesn't account for combined no-hitters.
