Rest Status Not Regenerating II
I just saw a thread involving pitchers and a possible resolution due to the role of the pitcher. My case involves my catcher. I had two catchers that played simultaneously too much (C & DH) because they were both completely exhausted. I went out and got another catcher last night to spell one of the guys that I moved to the reserve roster.
The catcher that had been moved to the reserve roster has sat his required number of days, making him eligible to return to the active roster but he is still at 0%. Could it be that rest doesn't regenerate on the reserve roster? I treat that as something of a minor league for situations just like this. Or the akin to the practice squad in the NFL. I don't believe that it is intended that rest doesn't regenerate for a player if he is not on the active roster, but I just wanted to present this situation. Thanks |

This is weird. Fatigue usually resets itself the normal way, no matter which roster. I'll have a look...

I can update you that he finally did get rested and has been moved back to my active roster.
I assumed it had something to do with something on your end. It is nice to have my backup catcher back. Thanks |
