Buy Now button on Perfect Points shop doesnt work

I click it and it flashes the screen slightly lighter in the background then goes back to normal and nothing ever comes up

This is with steam community enabled in both steam and the game separately itself

Enable the Steam overlay in the Setting menu, in-game section.
