Even though it might be time consuming


In commissioner mode can I control all the roster moves (trades
and signings) between teams


I would like to start with 1917 season and play the entire season
to the present with the actual rosters as used in the real life

I believe the only editing and moving you can do in commissioner mode has to be done before you advance a day. After that you can only force trades between your team and another team.
