Tactical Settings Menus

In the Tactics section, the menu bars seem to have a mind of their own. If you click on them, they don't stay open for very long and don't allow you to make a change. Using the scroll function on the mouse appears to be the only option.

Are you on a Mac? Haven't heard of PC issues with those menus, but apparently some menus are doing that on Macs, we're looking into it.

Yeah, I'm on Mac OS 10.13 too.
