Would anyone else see the need for this to be in the game?

I go to the Season and Career Leaderboards often in my fictional league. I always thought it made sense to have an Active Career Leaderboard in this area too. Anyone else ever have that thought or is it just me?

Yeah, I like that idea. We already get emails about active leaders so I’m sure it could be done.

I know that there are stars within the historic leaderboards to indicate active players, but I think an additional screen would be great.

I LOVE all the reports and I will never say no to any additional information

I agree.

Beside that, a pitcher in my league (on my team ) had a news post for getting career strikeout No. 2000 and one for getting No. 2500 ... but none for No. 3000 even though it was mentioned on the player stats under "accomplishments"

You can just go to "list all players" and see career stats. But I guess that's not technically a cool lil leaderboard.

Agree and would love to see leaders over certain periods (i.e. the ‘80s) or perhaps, even user defined periods. No idea how difficult either would be - the latter may not be worth the coding time.

That user defined period idea is great too. It would be cool to see the Leaderboards of, say, 1900-1999 in my fictional league and figure out who the members of my All Century Team should be.

I would enjoy that feature. Also an active managers win loss board would be cool as well.

These are all good. Plus, I want to be able to see annual leaders, sort of like the "annual top-ten leaders" lists you can click on in baseball-reference. I mean, you can still see who lead what in OOTP, but you have to click through each year in the History Index.
