Edit career rate statistics?

Does anyone know if you can edit the career rate statistics for pitchers? It is set as 350 IP in my league and most of the top guys are all relievers. I know baseball reference's is 1000 IP. Would this be because my league is only nine years old? If so, will it adjust after awhile? My top IP guys all have 2000 IP.

I have noticed that at some point the qualifying number of innings increases by 50 per year. Same with plate appearances for hitters, though I haven't bothered to determine how many per year.
