Possible bug?

I'm playing on the latest build....I've noticed when you have a runner on second and you elect to send him home on a base hit....he'll stop at third until the outfielder throws the ball past the catcher....then the baserunner comes home to score. Always a throwing error. Has anybody else seen this?

I've seen this, although I think it's more the other way around. It's not that sending him home ends up in an error, it's that when there is an error on the throw home, the animation always behaves that way. I'd report it here:

I've definitely had players score from second without this happening.

Yes, I just played another game where a runner scored from second without an error, so you're right. Probably not a bug.

Well, I still think it’s a bug. Just in the animation, not the game engine.
