Trading block got very easy (19.7.59)

Didn't see this issue until updating today to the recent patch.

Historical game starting in 1974, with it now early 1976. Trading AI Settings at Average and Favors Vets, which feels like 70s style trading.

I check the Trading Block from time to time to see who is on it. Gaylord Perry is on the trading block in the last year of his contract with the Tribe. Type A free agent who might be worth tracking as a potential rental later in the year. Checking what the Tribe might want for him, I popped into trade mode, hit "Make this work", and...

My entire player list pulled up, both majors and Minors. Perry was available for 1/2* players.

Switching gears to see if there was a problem with picks as well... Perry was available for a 38th round pick which was as far as it goes. (Yes - I do have trading picks turned on).

On a lark, I took a look to see if any team was in rebuilding and if there was a problem there. The 1976 Big Red Machine were in rebuilding mode, which is a bit odd. I toss Joe Morgan into the Reds offer.

"Make it work" pulls up the same thing as Perry - my entire player list down to 1/2* players.

Teams in Win Now mode: The Pirates weren't willing to trade Dave Parker for anyone on my roster. Okay, that's not bad.

Checking a team with no mode listed: The Royals were willing to trade George Brett for Gary Carter (and value Carter higher when checking if a pick can be tossed in). Don't agree with that valuation, but at least Carter isn't a 1/2* players.

The Perry (trading block) and Morgan (rebuilding team) look to be pretty big issues.

I haven't adjusted the Game Settings since updating.

Anyone else seeing this?

This has been reported multiple times over the last few weeks. Someone indicated that it would be patched in a future update. Using the 20-80 scale for current/potential, I was at the start of the season able to trade a 30/80 from my AA for something like a 66/80 reliever and a 58/80 second baseman. Needless to say, this sent up red flags. Others have mentioned similar improbable trades.

Trades for players NOT on the trading block are still handled fine, ime. The block is just showing issues.

Cool. Glad I wasn't hallucinating here.

It's worth keeping an eye on the Rebuilding Teams to see if something goofy happens there.
