Edit All Star Roster?

One of my player who has a OPS+ over 200 finished second in all star center field voting to another player who has an even higher OPS+. He also has the second highest WAR among all position players and finished third overall in fan voting but did not make the all star team presumably since AI has to make sure every team is represented. Him not making the team is just ridiculous, is there a way I can edit the all-star roster? Thanks.

Not sure why he didn't make the team, but making sure every team is represented is up to you.

This can be set in league setup, Options Tab.
