PBP Without Pause in game settings

Small suggestion:

Could PBP Without Pause be available regardless of managerial control?

So, even in the middle of the game even if you have complete control of strategy (Offense, Defense, Pitching, Subs etc), the game can move on without you having to tap enter. When you want to make a strategy decision, you simply hit enter after the previous play has ended, make your move, then set it to continue. No need to go back to the Game Options menu to adjust managerial control.

Maybe ESC could be mapped to turn the feature OFF as well as ON.

Anyway, this is just a thought I had while playing last night.

Some adjustable timer delays for customization would be great with this proposed feature, too!
