Can anyone tell me what default settings for modern league should be for starting pitcher hook, and use of relievers? I feel like somehow my settings changed. My hook setting is at -1 and use of relievers is extreme, and two straight series I've played teams with 0 rested relievers for the entire series. I just faced a pitcher with 5/5 stamina, and CPU pulled him after 6 innings of 4 hit ball and 89 pitches.
