Playing Historical Season - Teams do not move to new ballpark

Hello,

I'm into 1992 and the Orioles did not move into Camden Yards. How can I make this happen? Camden Yards is not an option in the dropdown for me to select in the "edit stadium" section.

Do you have "historical evolution" turned on?
