Drafted Players with Service Time

I joined an MLB league recently and we just had our first amateur draft. Almost all of the non-signing bonus players (rounds 6-35) showed up in my system with 57 service days.

I reported this to the commish, and he's never seen it before (nor have I). He asked me to post the issue here to see if anyone has seen this before and knows why it happened / if it was a one time anomaly, and he's going to post the same issue in the S+ slack group for commishes.

I'm guessing they were from a feeder league? If so was it an independent feeder league? That might have something to do with it.

Yes to feeder. No to independent. They're designated as college and high school levels.
