Hiring coaches

I seem to have found some sort of glitch re. coach hiring.

I have won the World Series three years in a row and still get an "I want to work for a winning organization!" message when I try to offer a contract to a coach who has "winning" as a preference.

Is there some explanation for this (I am a Tiny market team?), or is it just a bug?

What level are you playing the game at? Easy, Very Easy ?

Sometimes the level you are playing at can make a difference. Some players and coaches, just won't like you. It isn't a bug, just coded in the game.
