Addon Central Issue

So I'm having an issue with Addon Central(standalone client, not Steam). When I freshly reinstalled the game, I was able to see the OOTP Developments skins and add the OOTPMods18 XML link. After restarting the game, there are no options Addon Central for download. If I try and add a new server, like the new 19 XML link that was posted, it flashes like it adds the server, but I still have no option to download anything. Is anyone else having this issue? Is there a solution?

i have a different issue. i can download the new server, but can't chose between any. It acts stuck on the last one loaded. When i deleted the old 18 and then reinstalled, i could not select the new 19 or the default OOTP one. i can click on them, but nothing happens. The last one loaded is the only one that displays. Very weird.

As for Goldberg365's issue: i didn't have any problems downloading/installing items from the one site that stayed accessible..

I resolved mine by re-installing from my SSD to HDD and it seems to have fixed it.
