Can't get photo's to work

Like the title says, I've tried putting the files in the directory listed on the online manual. I tried for a saved game and for a new one. I set it to search for photo's first as well. I'm pulling my hair out here. What am I missing?

I am in the same place. I have not seen a thread to help. I had 1959 season pictures appear for one game and then they went away. If you do get help send me a note at cubbies13421 AT gmail dot com

I don't play OOTP but the image files are compressed and must be extracted in
order to work. In some cases there may also be folders within folders which won't
work either.
