Feeder Leagues and no draft and Associations

I have a couple of questions about feeder leagues. I got last years and this years versions and cant get what I want exactly and have played around with it a lot and was hoping someone out here may have some answers.

Is there a way to create feeder leagues for association drafts?

And how do you set up rookies from feeder leagues being added as free agents instead of an amateur draft? I change the setting so the league does not create players but cannot get the feeder league players to enter as free agents or I just miss them. Does anyone have a way to make this work better?
