Changing the Expansion Draft Date

So I just got done simming one season and am at Day 1 of the offseason and want to expand 2 teams. In this thread (2nd post, http://www.ootpdevelopments.com/boar...d.php?t=263844 ) the poster talks about exactly what I am trying to do however no one followed up with him so I am unsure how to actually do it. I tried a figuring it out but just ended up expanding with no draft.

I messaged the user, hoping he is still active. But if that is not the case I figured one of you guys may know the answer. Thanks in advance!

edit - And I should add that I would prefer to have it after the Rule 5 draft if possible as I believe I read it is best to do it then? If it doesn't really matter, that would be nice to know as well lol

This is a pretty good explanation why. The OP makes sense...right? I don't want to go through all this work to have this happen but if this indeed would make it realistic (for expansion draft before rule 5) than I would prefer to do it that way.

Anyone know which is the more realistic way?
