Two Way Players

I remember a while ago coming across a check box where I can select a player to play both ways. But now that I actually have a player that can, I can't find where that option is. Can someone let me know where that option is at?

Right-click, "Set Game Strategy," bottom right. Be sure to check the other box so the AI doesn't remove it.
