San Diego
I'm testing out turning the San Diego Padres into the Portland Beavers in 1969 when the NL expands. I see that San Diego only has one minor league affiliate in 1969. Does anyone know when they get a full minor league system?

Turning off historical evolution prevents them from getting those extra affiliates - but leaving historical evolution on is impossible because you're relocating the team.
