Refresher: Quickstart vs. Template
It's been a while, so please excuse the inquiry . . . and I did try to search, believe me . . .
So, what in detail is the difference between a quickstart and a template, please?

a quickstart is just like the included world template but you skip the creation screens and it loads directly..
you can see in the "D:\games\OotP19\data\quickstart_games" directory it has coaches.dat etc in the zip files -- same files you see in a normal .lg directory through any other means of creation. you can still edit all the same things afterward... hmm maybe start dates are different? there may be some slight variation. I seem to recall that templates have only the league structure while quickstarts include the template but also things like ballparks, logos, and uniforms. And according to the manual, a template may or may not include players depending on when it was created but a quickstart always has the players that were in the league when it was saved. Does that sound right?
