Lovely DLing issues

Trying to download the install.exe link and it freezes my computer every time. I've even tried using a third party "Free Download Manager".

I also let it go overnight when it froze, hoping it would push through. It did not.

Any suggestions?

My issue was resolved. OOTP support emailed me a different link to try and it worked.
