Is it possible to change qualifications for league stat leaders?

I was hoping to experiment with lowering the IP threshold for the ERA title (maybe 0.8 IP/game), but didn't see that there was anywhere in the settings to play around with those numbers. Are they hard-coded in, or is there an option somewhere that I am missing? (OOTP 19 btw)
