Game crashes when try to play or watch in 3D

As the title states my game crashes when I try to watch or play a game in 3D. Simulating games to the next day works fine. I did not have this problem last night, it only started today.

If you go to the 3d and facgen screen on the settings tab and then set the Audience detail to Simplified, and/or quality to low, do the crashes still happen?

If you set animation to off?

Also, what type computer are you using and what OS and specs?

Thanks for the reply Lukas. I did not have the time to try the in game settings you described, however I did notice that my models subfolder is missing/deleted. Any idea how to recover/reinstall? I'm running Windows 8. Thanks

I would think a reinstall would do it. Or just install the patch once we release it today. It should be pretty soon.
