Toolbar and PBP

Is there anyway to move the toolbar from the right side to the bottom of the screen?
I would also like to move the PBP box and score board from the top of the screen to the bottom.

Yes moving the PbP from top to bottom would be nice since your eyes focus on the batter (at the bottom of screen) during in-game pitch action.

The icon bar setting is in the file settings.
