196 players?!
Swimming 1871 to present, including minors. Ran pretty well until I discovered the 1951 Ozark Eagles, a Class D affiliate of the St. Louis Browns, had an astonishing 196 players on their roster...which, of course, stopped the game dead. I released 176 of these miscreants (rosters are supposed to be 20) and continued. Fine now.
Anybody?

Probably would help if we had league files from before you released the players. Not sure if they're still available...

This issue has been reported before by others including me, not reproducible and does not happen often. I believe this is a bug leftover from 18.
The simple fix might be to have the game automagically release the miscreants rather than produce an error message since that is all that can be done anyway.

The funny thing was the Eagles were in last place...they had 196 players, and none of them were any good!
