Best way to do this?

I have OOTP '18 on my old Macbook Pro and have migrated to a new Macbook Air since. I have installed '19 on the Macbook Air and would like to bring my saved game from '18 over.

Should I install '19 on the old Macbook Pro, import the game files to '19 and then move those files over to the new Macbook Air?

Any help would be appreciated.

I'd just move the league from 18 directly to the Air and then import it into OOTP19 on the air. Saves you a step of having to install the game on another computer.

Do I need to have '18 installed on the new Macbook or just move the entire folder structure from '18 without the game installed?

Thanks.

Just move the specific saved game folder (which will end in .lg). No need to have 18 installed on the new system.
