Where Can I get Draft Rosters for OOTP5?

I decided to play a defunct league solo and I'm now in 2008. I would like to DL the 2003 or 2004 draft rosters.

Where can I get them?

I want to put in the 2003 draft class into my solo league's draft. Is there a file for just those players?

Not possible that I am aware of unless you edit players one-by-one within the draft class.
