Is this possible

Is it possible to manually type in team color hex codes, and then somehow save the logo files with the colors specified within team settings?

Been trying to figure out how to accomplish this myself. If anyone has a hack please let us know!

yeah, if you put the hexcodes in teh file name, it will auto-load those colors..

check manual for specifics. look for an existing file that might already exist in the data folders. i don't recall, but possibly one exists.

city-nick-hex1-hex2 or somethign like that; "_" not dashes.

As an example from the logos folder in OOTP18:

what I think he's asking (well, at least what i'm asking) is if there is a way to force the game to save the logo with that format of a filename based on the hex colors you enter into team settings.

if you saved a logo in game and it did not append the hex code, then no it cannot. that type of detail may not be specifically in the manual, so you jsut have to try and see - it's a gui, so if oyu can't see the option, it's not there. there's no CLI available to us. plus, you'll get an answer long before anyone replies in forums who might have that tidbit of experience handy.

the in game 'modify' blah blah isn't really for creating logos so much as loading them or am i wrong? i've not tried to make my own so much as find what is already created in the forums or 'steal' logos from internet, lol. i don't recall any graphic design tools, but i am not hte most familiar with those particular screens and options there.

isn't there a logo creator in the mods section? if that saves them with the hex code that would be helpful at time of creation.

a check box or similar in game to append the hex codes would be a nice suggestion to make for future releases. the nomenclature of the files is not as well known as it should be -- the potential uses that is.

So then you can invite the extra 20 players with minor league contracts but who aren't on the secondary roster and it won't use an option? I get that once a player has a major league contract, any movement uses the option. I just hope that I don't have to give major league contracts to guys who aren't going to be in the bigs for a while.
