Any experts on tournaments

I am wondering how to do this. I have a 24 team league, fictional and use the WBC as a year end tourney. Then with that, I have a AAA, AA and A league with loads of HS and COL leagues for feeders. What I want to do is have a tourney for the end of the year with the best of the best College players. There is 8 divisions overall and I have no idea how to do it. Anyone have any idea how I would go about this?

I dont want to have anyone other than College players involved. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Under the tournament options there are settings for Tournament Max Player Talent Level and Tournament Min Player Talent Level. One of the options is college, so if you set both to college you should only get college players on your teams.
