AHL Captains removed Oct 2/3

If you name a guy that requires waivers C or an A of your AHL team then it gets removed when the new season starts and the players are returned from waivers.

It should remember this information. I shouldn't have to named them all over again.

It's leaving the waiver-ineligible players as C/A, though? Just want to make sure it's not the regular "set captains" message.

Yes, it's only the players going through waivers that lose it.
