Award Icons

I have tried almost all year to get the “real” award icons into OOTP18 to no avail;I am reminded almost daily that I couldn’t get them into my sims when I look at a player’s page. Could this be fixed to make this task as easy as it was in previous versions?

Do you need a walkthrough on this? it was easy once i followed other peoples advice.

Unfortunately this needs to be kept up, as Mac users are unable to edit almost anything inside a skin or else it stops functioning properly.
