This is a weird one. The play by play announcer said that the runner was out, then said the umpire changed his mind to safe. Not too strange...

But it said the umpire changed his mind because the runner came off the base...

and the runner actually ended up being out...

Maybe that Padres announcer (Jerry Coleman?) was doing the game.
