Will there be any official wishlist?

I am a longtime OOTP user, but only occasional forum poster.

I know Markus and the team are great about answering questions and taking feedback, but I was wondering about something else. Do they ever have a thread for the new year's game in which they ask people what they'd like to see added to the game? If so, when do they do this and where could it be found?
