Minor Substitution Bug

Just a little one.

Situation:

Batter gets hit by a pitch and charges the mound. He's ejected. I instert the replacement. Since I am generally lazy, to save a few mouse clicks rather than putting him in as the pinch runner I put him in at the position he will be replacing (CF in this case).

When returning to the game, the ejected player was still on 1st base instead of the replacement.

Like I said, just minor and shouldn't be too hard to fix. The replacement CF was correctly placed in CF at the top of the next inning but the ejected player was allowed to stay on the basepaths.
