Expansion team staff

When creating team should ask if you want staff included or not it should be an option not automatic. Sometimes there's so many general managers and coaches available already you want those guys to be used rather than automatically making new ones and it's annoying

I have 1804 coaches. I have so many it's not even worth going through to delete them. Part of that is because of deleting an entire 20 team league plus 3 levels of minors but also because i have expanded so much in the last 6 seasons and i have 2 more expansion teams coming in in 2030, 2029 soon.
I despise the creation of new coaches for expansion teams.
