Pro/rel setup question

I don't think it's possible but maybe I'm missing something. I am trying to make a p/r setup where I have 2 regional leagues promote into the same national league. I wanted to stay away from using sub leagues if possible

I think promotion will work fine...but you can't relegate down to 2 separate leagues. However, you can still relegate down to 1 of the Regional leagues and then move some teams over to the other.
