Here's my 2017-18 VHL pack. It includes jerseys, helmets, goalie helmets, team logos and league logo.

VHL 2017-18 for FHM4

To install in your current game, extract to your \saved_games\your saved game name.lg\graphics folder.
You can also extract it to your \quickstart_games\OpeningDay.quick\graphics folder so that it will be used every time you start a new game.

If you downloaded the file earlier, there was a typo in one jersey file name. Here's that jersey with the correct name. The zip file above has been updated.
