Team of the same ballplayer

Would it be possible to make a team of the same ballplayer at different points of their career?

For example a lineup consisting of 9 Babe Ruth's?

Don't see any reason why not.

I've created an entire league of a single player "cloned" over and over. I did this to test various things, trying to keep everything else constant. I was surprised at the variance in results, even when I turned off player development.

Virtually the same pitcher was facing the same batter at every plate appearance. lol

You could do a team full of Ruths. 11 or so pitchers 1914-1920 and15 or so 1920-1935.
Or just clone one Ruth 25 times and turn several into hitters.
Someone did this awhile . i cant find it but it was Ruth, Ankiel, Kieschnick and one more player. Found this.

Infractions: 1/0 (0)
lookup their lahman's id or w/e and then import one or more into your existing game. right-click and clone player as needed.

i've only imported a historic player once. i don't recall where i got the id. a google search should be enough. "ootp historic player id import"

google is smarter than forum search -- ie playerid and player id are virtually the same thing to google.. in forum search some good results may be omitted or buried at bottom of relevance etc. just add site: ootp forums url (no space after : it caused an emoji)

Google was basically worthless for trying to find the player Id for AJ Pierzynski. Led me to several OOTP forum threads.
Gambo has a good program for importing from default & Spritze DB. it is becoming outdated but still works.
