Do Only MLers Import In Random Debut Leagues?

I'm guessing the answer to this is yes based on past versions but wanted clarification. Was hoping to see Negro Leaguers in random debut and the Spritze DB doesn't have 2016 stats.

You can always import Negro Leaguers and Spritze DB guys through the historical player import thingy.
