Game freezes after switching user in windows xp

I switch to a different user in windows xp and the game freezes and won't let me resume. I have to terminate the process to get the game to close and then have to reload the game. I believe this is a bug...

Not the answer you will likely want to hear but this is information anyway: This is graphics limitation of OOTP that is carried over from OOTP4. I'm not sure if this was mentioned in the documentation for v5 but for OOTP4 you had to shut down OOTP4 before switching users in XP - I assume the same thing applies to v5. This is the same graphics issue as the one that causes freezes when a screen saver turns on while OOTP (all versions) is running.
