MiL Rules - add "or" for Age/Svc Time Req.

As the title says... Boolean logic added would be nice.

e.g.

Rookie League rules:

1 year (2playable) or 22 max age

especially eraly on, it's nice not to cut off the not so developed 22/23 year olds from a recent draft and shove them into a league they aren't competent for.

i guess on the other end it's reversed... an "and", as in both qualifiers need to exist to exclude a player.
