Make a player who demands a trade happy again?
I assume this is answered somewhere, but a quick search of the forum didn't show me this question. I have a player in my Brewers franchise (Richie Sexson) who is demanding a trade to a playoff contender. If I decide not to trade him, is it possible he will become happy again as the team improves in subsequent seasons?

Yes, he may pout for a while but if you win he should come around.

The problem is, if he gets too pouty before that time, he could drag down your whole team. Usually best to trade him ASAP, unless he's got a really favorable contract and is putting up All-Star numbers.

A couple of good captains/leaders in the clubhouse will help tamp down the effect he has on the clubhouse, too.
