Scout Comments Unclear

On the Minor League Report under Scout Comments, when it says "Not ready Triple-A" does that mean:

1. This player is not ready FOR Triple-A.
2. This player is not ready for the Majors; leave him in Triple-A.

I am guessing it's #1, but I'd like to know for sure.

Yeah. When the scout says he is not ready for AAA, that means he is not ready to be placed in and play at the AAA level, therefore leaving him in the next lowest level. That applies to AA and the Majors as well.

The confusing part is that it doesn't say "Not ready FOR triple-A", just "Not ready Triple-A". Thanks for the help!
