Salary Cap Only toggle switch

Hi Developers,

I have a request for the next patch (actually one I've posted for OOTPv4 that doesn't seem to have happened in OOTPv5) :

Could there be a simple toggle (on/off) switch which allows you to use Salary Cap only ?

For my leagues, I could care less if the teams are profitable. I want parity amongst my leagues. Thus, I want EVERY team to have a set amount they can spend and could care less if their teams make or loss money.

Could you PLEASE make this happen ??

Thanks,
Chas

PS... with screensaver off and no sound -- I've only had 1 game crash (in 9th season during the offseason) so it's better then originally thought (although I'd still like to be able to have sound on and the screensaver working)... Thanks for the great game

Just to clarify, you are only wanting the teams governed by a limit on salary, the other financial aspects not being used?

Glad things are working well for you.

Steve,

Yes... that would be correct. If the others still ran in the background and didn't effect anything that would be fine... But the only thing I care about is teams have a set amount to spend on player salaries regardless of profit/loss.

Thanks,
Chas

To add to this...I have always thought that an option for solo players to "cap only your team" would be nice. That would help alot for people who find the game getting too easy (I'm not one of them...yet). Set a cap for your team...let the others spend away and see what happens.

I think the "cap only" suggestion is great.
